Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 23, 2026
1. Introduction
UniGen (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service — including our website at uni-gen.ai and our mobile application on iOS and Android.
UniGen is operated by Elevate Clothing & Accessories LLC, a company organized under the laws of Wyoming, United States, with its principal place of business at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.
By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with our policies, do not use the Service.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account information: Email address, and any name or display information you choose to add to your profile
- Payment information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers
- Content you upload: Images you upload to the app as source material for video generation
- Prompts you write: The text prompts you provide to describe desired motion in generated videos
- Content you generate: Videos produced by our AI model using your inputs
- Communications: Information you provide when contacting us for support, feedback, or legal requests
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device information: Device model, operating system and version, language, time zone, and app version
- Usage data: Features used, screens visited, generation events, error events, and session duration
- Log data: Timestamps, request details, and error traces stored in our server logs
- Advertising identifiers: On iOS, the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) is collected only if you grant permission through the Apple App Tracking Transparency prompt. On Android, the Advertising ID is collected subject to Google Play policies. You can reset or limit these identifiers in your device settings.
- Install attribution: When you install the app from one of our marketing links, our attribution provider (AppsFlyer) records the install source. This helps us understand which marketing channels bring users to UniGen.
2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not access your camera roll outside of images you explicitly pick
- We do not access your location
- We do not access your contacts, calendar, microphone, or other system resources
- We do not place third-party advertising SDKs in the app
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties (see Section 5)
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe
- Generate videos based on your uploaded image and prompt
- Communicate with you about your account, transactions, and service updates
- Send marketing communications with your explicit consent (you can opt out at any time)
- Detect, investigate, and prevent security incidents, abuse, and fraud
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
- Analyze aggregate usage patterns to make product decisions
4. Payment Processing and Stripe
We use Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”) to process payments. All payments happen on our website, not inside the mobile app. When you make a purchase:
- What Stripe collects: Payment card number, billing address, and transaction details
- What we receive: A transaction confirmation, the last four digits of the card, and your subscription status — not your full card details
- Stripe’s privacy practices: Review https://stripe.com/privacy
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We share information only with service providers that help us operate UniGen. We do not sell your personal information.

Privacy policy: https://fal.ai/privacy-policy.
5.4 Stripe
Payment processing. See Section 4.
5.5 AppsFlyer
Install attribution. AppsFlyer helps us understand which marketing channels bring users to UniGen. AppsFlyer collects device identifiers, install events, and in-app events you trigger. iOS users may opt out through the Apple App Tracking Transparency prompt on first launch. Privacy policy: https://www.appsflyer.com/legal/privacy-policy/.

13. Mobile App Permissions
The UniGen mobile app requests only the permissions it needs to function:
- Photo library (read-only, scoped): Required to let you pick an image to use as the source for video generation. On iOS 14+ and Android 13+, you can grant access to only the specific images you select — full library access is not required.
- Network access: Required to upload images, send prompts, and receive generated videos.
- App Tracking Transparency (iOS only): We ask for permission to track for advertising attribution. You can decline, and the app will still function normally.
We do not request camera access, location, contacts, microphone, or any other sensitive permission in v1 of the app.
